Nice Apartment Navona Square Rome - Appartement

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir ou redécouvrir Rome. L'ambiance du quartier est sympa. Il y a toutes les commodités à proximité immédiate de l'immeuble. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Petit plus : le service de navette proposé par Alessia pour venir de l'aéroport est très pratique. Excelente ubicación, limpio, espacios cómodos y departamento con estilo. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas, especialmente la del segundo piso. Todo lo demás perfecto. La cocina precisa, los baños con todo lo necesario, buen sistema de calefacción para días fríos.

We were 2 adults travelling with our 20yo, 18yo and 15yo children. We had good contact with the owner regarding this property and some general tourist information from our initial booking. The apartment is very centrally located and we walked everywhere - to all the tourist sites and out for dinner. The apartment had a kitchen which meant we could self cater for anyevery meal. The washing machine was excellent and some detergent was providedperhaps left over from previous guests. Heating meant the apartment was always at a comfortable temperature and our washing dried on the clothes airer.

Accommodations were clean and the location was convenient for us. Enjoyed our stay.

This apartment in an old building is light, airy and spacious. Arrangements for meeting one of the owner's representatives was clear and he (Pier) was very accommodating when we arrived late due to a flight delay. Pier was very friendly and efficient. Don't forget to have cash to pay the Rome tax (3.5 euros per person per night) and also for the cleaning charge. You also need to have the card you paid for the flat with so a damage deposit can be taken. Naturally as the building is old there is a slightly stale odour but this goes quickly when the windows are opened. The main bedroom is very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom is a good size. The second bedroom is open-plan on a mezzanine floor and consists of 2 single beds pushed together. The sofa bed in the open-plan living area below the mezzanine is fine as a sofa but might be a bit uncomfortable for adults if you're used to a proper mattress but is probably fine for children. The location, which is a few steps away from Piazza Navona (and a taxi rank) allows you to see most of the historical sites eg Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps within a 15 minute walk and Vatican City, the Colosseum and The Forum within 25 minutes. Alternatively taxis are reasonably priced at approx £6 to the more distant sites. You feel really part of the city, at the end of a day, when you return to the building, let yourself in through a huge wooden door and go up in the tiny elevator to your apartment.

We could walk to most everything we wanted to see. Proximity to Piazza Navona makes this flat the perfect choice

Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The apartment is spacious with some old world charm. Clean linens and towels were provided. Soaps, shampoo, and toilet paper was also provided. The kitchenette was modern with everything we needed. The apartment is on the 4th floor (about 100 steps) so we appreciated the elevator, which fits one person with luggagetwo people without luggage.

This place was great. Wonderful location next to Piazza Novona. Easy check in and check out even after landing an 1 hour later than expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. The bed upstairs is a climb up a spiral staircase and had low ceilings. We were always out and about so this was no trouble for us. VERY soft bath towels :)

We loved our time at this property. It was central to places we wanted to see and easy to get taxi rides. We enjoyed walking around the area and had a great meal nearby. Communication was quick. The rooms felt secure and there was even a private lift available.

The location is fantastic. It is only a block north of Piazza Novona and a short distance from the Pantheon. It is exactly where you want to be in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and clean with two bathrooms. It is big for a couplea family with onetwo kids. It is adequate for two couples if one couple does not mind having a bed in a loft location - not quite a full second bedroom. There are some steps up to the bathroom in one room, and steps down from the loft bed for the other bed. The room is on the building's 4th floor. There is a small lift (elevator). This is very typical in the old buildings in Rome. It was not an issue for us, but if someone is mobility challenged, they will want to sleep in the sofa bed in the livingroom. It is just something to be aware of. The apartment has a kitchen and small refrigerator plus dining table. So, it is great for family dining for 4 to 6 people. We were happy with this apartment. It suited our needs.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable and it is centrally located- I recommend it!

The location is perfect if you are here to absorb the sights, as all is within a reasonable walking distance. The property is in excellent condition. The landlord was very helpful in helping us with transportation and luggage storage. The second bedroom is a loft, above the kitchen/dining/living area, which can be a bit warm in this tall-ceiling unit. Note there are two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer! The unit is on the fourth floor, which is the fifth floor for Americans (and the first level is up several steps). There is an elevator, but it is tiny, so one person plus a couple suitcases is all it can handle at a time. Just to the left of the door as you exit is a small take-away sandwich shop and there are several restaurants literally steps away. Piazza Novona is a block to the south. It appears the landlord has several properties and knows what they are doing. With two good sized beds, this rental is appropriate for up to four people.

The apartment and location was ever better than we expected! We were able to walk to absolutely everything and loved hanging out in Piazza Navona which is right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was unusually hot when we were there. The location was perfect for exploring all Rome sights. Thank you!

Great location. Within walking distance to most of the major sites. Close to lots of good restaurants. Taxi stand right around the corner. The only negative we had was that the hot water did not work for the first day and a half but was fixed fairly quickly once we notified them.

The apartment met our requirements perfectly spacious, clean, characterful and exceptionally well-located as a base for exploring Rome - less than 30 minutes walk in any direction covered all our areas of interest. Check-in experience was also smooth. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice location and serviceable unit. Kitchen with a Nespresso machine but no accompanying capsules so need to supply your own. Also quite a number of flights of stairs to get to unit which is technically on the 4th floor but with the high ceilings in these buildings it was really more like 6 flights in America. Elevator serviceable but only 1 regular sized American can fit comfortably per trip. Location was really excellent: close to Pantheon, charming side streets filled with exquisite restaurants and gelaterias, away from more obviously tourist driven shops of Navona Square which it is virtually across the street from. Beds were very comfortable especially in the master bed and having two bathrooms was nice for our travel with two teenage boys. Master bath uniquely located half a floor up from bedroom and had combination of vintage and contemporary features. Pierre, one of the employees of management company, did a nice job of orienting us the first night. I would certainly book again and enjoy everything Rome offers! So wonderful!

The apartment was comfortable and well stocked to meet our needs. The location was excellent! The manager who checked us in was very helpful and kind.

This apartment is very well situated, just a block from Piazza Novava, next to a metro station and near a taxi stand. The owner/manager met us on our arrival (he had arranged our airport transfer) and showed us how everything worked. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area and we tried as many as we could. My favourite was Passetto on the ground floor of the apartment building. Overall this apartment is good value.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and perfect for the four adults. Great location for all of the top sightseeing attractions in Rome and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Really enjoyed our Rome stay. The apartment was right in the middle of everything. We walked to the Pantheon nearly every night. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in the center of everything and very convenient. Two sets of keys made it very easy for us to all go out and return.
There are restaurants and a convenience store right outside the doors for easy access to anything we needed. Taxi stand was steps way which was also very convenient.
Price was more than fair and the location was perfect!

Great location. Good space. Alexia and Roberto were welcoming, understanding, and accommodating. We used their recommended car service for airport transfers and for a day trip to Pompeii and Herculeum.

The apartment was centrally located, quiet, and convenient. The configuration allows for 3 sleeping areas, and the compact kitchen works well for meals. Roberto was quite helpful in getting us set up, arranging transportation, and making sure everything worked.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN ROME, AND ALESSIA AND HER CREW MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THE APARTMENT WAS AMAZING AND CENTRALLY LOCATED. IT IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES THAT YOU NEED. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN!

I can't imagine a better, central location from which to enjoy all of Rome's wonders. Very easy walking most places and when not feeling up to a walk buses are directly in front of the building.

Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert (2 Erw. 2 Kinder)genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Check-in war unkompliziert und gut mit dem angebotenen Flughafentransfer koordiniert. Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist natürlich großartig. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet - also wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Fantastic location in the heart of it all. Most of the main attractions Rome has to offer are within a 5 to 25 minute walk.

Espaço ótimo, amplo, muito bem situado próximo a todas as principais atrações de Roma. Acomodação ideal para familia com crianças porque a região tem muitas comodidades. Recomendo.

The apartment was very well located and close to transport. Easy to get around the city. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside. Very nice apartment and great value. Would highly recommend for couples, familiesa group of friends. Just so you know, it is on the fourth floor and has a very tiny elevator. Only for one person. But otherwise, a lovely building.

This is a great apartment in an ideal location. Staff is very friendly and check-in time and response was wonderful. Great value for the money and we enjoyed fitting 4 adults (2 couples) easily. Beds are good, bathrooms nice and clean. Wifi works well for what you should reasonably need. Please note second bedroom is a loft with a low ceiling - max 6'. Not a huge issue once in apartment and using, but be aware if height -height- is an issue. Also, apartment is on 4th floor. Building has elevator but it is small and slow. Better to take stairs. Location could not be better to Piazza Navona. Building is clean and area safe.
