Located in a quiet area immersed in the countryside of Itri, this holiday home is on two levels with three bedrooms, two of which are double and a bedroom with two foldaway single beds, an open space with kitchenette and two bathrooms.
The villa is ready to welcome you with its triumphal staircase, to immerse myself in the immense expanse of greenery all enclosed by a delicate flowery wooden fence. Upon entering the house you are struck by the extreme attention to detail and the good taste of the furniture. The living area consists of a unique environment, with a sitting area and a wall equipped with a fireplace to give a unique touch to the modern style of the house. Going up the stairs a hallway leads us into the sleeping area consisting of three large bedrooms.
Holidaycasa has free wi-fi, complete linen for each bedroom, towels and courtesy line for the bathroom, flat screen TV.
In the large garden surrounding the house, a gazebo with table and barbecue could not be missing for your evenings in the name of grilling and fun in the company of friends. In addition, the garden has a sitting area and two sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing in the warm hours admiring the view. Il mare, i monti, il centro storico di Sperlonga, il paesaggio sul Circeo, su Ponza e Ventotene. Ecco soprattutto questo paesaggio, che ti incanta, mette le ali alla fantasia e ti rigenera.
