APPARTAMENTO SANIFICATO. PIANO TERRA Appartamento appena ristrutturato, 3 camere da letto, spazioso e centralissimo. Wifi e AC inclusi. Ospita fino a 7 persone. Grazioso appartamento appena ristrutturato, situato vicino alla metro A di San Giovanni e Manzoni (circa 600 Mt), il Colosseo e le Terme di Caracalla (circa 1 km). Il MOD APARTMENT si trova al piano terra (rialzato) di un palazzo signorile con portiere ad orario. All'entrata troverete una confortevole zona living con divano, tavolo e sedie di stile. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, 2 con letti matrimoniali ed una con due singoli. Tutte le camere affacciano all'interno, contribuendo ad un riposo confortevole e silenzioso. Ci sono due bagni con doccia, con lavatrice in uno di essi. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare i vostri pasti, piano cottura a gas, forno, microonde, moka, bollitore, toaster. L'appartamento si trova in una zona super fornita, troverete bar, pizzeria a taglio, farmacia, fruttivendolo e supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi. Con possibilità di parcheggiare su strada o garage a pagamento. Appartamento vicino all'ospedale San Giovanni.

ottimo appartamento spazioso ci siamo stati in 7 comodamente posizione otttima per visitare il centro partendo a piedi, metro a meno di 10 minuti da casa, supermarket castoro a 5 minuti aperto fino alle 21.00 il tram 81 ti riporta dal centro fino sotvis di più

This apartment had plenty of room for my family of six! It was clean and the host was very friendly. It was easy to check-in and access into the secure building was simple. We were walking distance to restaurants and stores and public transportation.vis di più

Four adults & two children had plenty of room here, the bedrooms were lovely particularly the children’s room. The bathrooms were large and modern and after they responded quickly to fix the boiler the showers were good but still quite cold in one ofvis di più

The lounge room could probably do with a bigger couch and one of the kitchen benches almost fell off the wall but the kitchen was well fitted out otherwise. Beds were very comfortable, location good if a little noisy from ambulances being opposite a hospital. Apartment is in a locked complex which is good.

The apartment worked great for us since we were attending a Food and Agriculture Session at the UN so we walked every day and were grateful for the location. We had two days to enjoy Rome after our conference and discovered quickly how easy it was tovis di più
The apartment worked great for us since we were attending a Food and Agriculture Session at the UN so we walked every day and were grateful for the location. We had two days to enjoy Rome after our conference and discovered quickly how easy it was to walk to the Forum, Palace of Venus and the Colosseum. We also walked home from the Pantheon one night. As an aside, we locked ourselves out of the apartment on Sunday morning ushering one of our associates out to catch her cab (thankfully we had a phone and credit card) and our hosts were so gracious and resolved the issue relatively quickly! Thanks for everything.

The apartment was clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend to any one considering a stay in Rome. We were greeted on arrival and given really good suggestions on where to eat etc. (not in any guide book!) which made the stay even more enjoyable. Very short bus journeys to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Circo Massimus, Baths of Caracalla, Aurelian walls, Appian way etc. We actually walked most of these as we wanted to see everything on foot. It was easy to get buses to the very centre of Rome as well and a number of them stopped either on the road outside the apartmentat San Giovanni Piazza, a 5 minute walk away. A large supermarket was very close which was perfect when we wanted to cook. The air conditioning worked well and was appreciated as we visited in mid August.

This house is really amazing! Much better than we expected. The rooms are clean, and it's on the ground floor! We brought big luggages with us so this was definitely really helpful. And the most impressive thing is the location. Its located just a covis di più

And the most impressive thing is the location. Its located just a couple of mins walking distance to places like Colosseum, Roma Terminithe Basilica San Giovanni.
